Opening times

Important information about your surgery on PLT Days.  We will be closed for training on various dates through the year.

Please be aware that when we are closed for training and education the surgery will be closed for education. However, there are a number of ways in which you can still access services from your Bexley GP and nurse:

Here you can complete an online consultation and we will get back to you by the end of the next working day for clinical queries and 2 working days for admin queries.

If you have an urgent medical problem (that is not life threatening) and are unsure what to do NHS 111 can be contacted by dialling 111 or online at 111.nhs.uk

For any urgent medical advice (that is not life threatening) but cannot wait until the surgery reopens at xxx, you can call the Urgent Treatment Centre on 020 3910 7204. Please note this is only for medical advice, for anything else i.e., prescriptions, appointments, results

We have telephone daily triage every day from 9am to 11am.

Extended Hours Tuesday 6.30pm to 8pm

We also offer Pre bookable appointments.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

We want to make it easier for you to get an appointment at our surgery. In addition to our normal opening hours, we also offer appointments in the morning, evenings and on Saturdays. You will be offered a face-to-face appointment however your appointment may also take place by phone or video. We are working with our neighbouring GP surgeries to offer these additional appointments and you may be offered an appointment from one of these other surgeries. Our surgery is part of a small group of surgeries called a Primary Care Network and we work together in a number of ways.
